Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of laundry pickup and delivery services (“Services”) provided by Laundry Loop LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By scheduling, purchasing, or using our Services, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms. Please read carefully.
1. Services Provided
We provide pickup, cleaning, and delivery of laundry and dry cleaning as requested by you.
Services are available only in our designated service areas.
Pickup and delivery times are approximate and may be adjusted based on volume, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
2. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring laundry is ready for pickup at the designated time and location.
Laundry must be placed in the bags provided by us (or clearly labeled bags, if approved).
You agree not to include items that are:
Infested with bed bugs, lice, or other pests
Contaminated with hazardous materials, solvents, or flammable substances
Oversized or unsuitable for standard machines without prior approval
3. Payment & Billing
Payment is due at the time of service unless you are on a subscription or billing plan.
By using our Services, you authorize us to charge your card or payment method on file for the amount due.
Failed payments may result in suspension of Services until resolved.
4. Damaged or Lost Items
We take reasonable care in handling your laundry. However, we are not liable for:
Normal wear and tear, shrinkage, color bleeding, or fading
Items without proper care labels or with pre-existing damage
In the event of lost or damaged items, our liability is limited to the lesser of:
The reasonable replacement value of the item, or
Ten (10) times the cleaning cost of the item
Claims must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
5. Pickup & Delivery
You agree to provide safe and secure access for pickup and delivery.
If you are unavailable, you may designate a drop-off location at your own risk.
We are not responsible for items left unattended once delivered.
Missed pickups may be subject to a fee.
6. Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
7. Subscriptions & Recurring Services
Subscription plans automatically renew unless canceled.
You may cancel at any time with at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing date.
8. Liability & Disclaimer
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Maximum liability per order will not exceed $250 under any circumstances.
9. Privacy & Data
We collect and use customer information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may contact you via phone, SMS, or email regarding your orders and promotions.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of New Mexico. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cibola County, NM.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
